At VIETRI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Italian treasures. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original VIETRI boxes and shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
