Are VIETRI products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are dishwasher and microwave safe, though we recommend using low heat settings. Items with metallic accents or those made of specific clays may require hand washing; please refer to the specific care instructions on each product page.
Where are your products manufactured?
VIETRI products are handcrafted and hand-painted by skilled artisans in various regions across Italy, preserving centuries-old traditions of Italian craftsmanship.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns for most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain large items.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging materials designed to protect ceramics and glassware during transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to addresses within the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, we recommend using a third-party freight forwarding service.
Can I use my VIETRI stoneware in the oven?
Our stoneware collections are generally oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we recommend avoiding thermal shock by not moving dishes directly from the freezer to a hot oven.
